Wir waren das zweite Mal hier in dieser Woche. Wo es gut ist darf man gern auch mehrmals hin gegen. Tomatencrèmesuppe, winterlicher Blattsalat und vom Abendhit die Zanderchnusperli bestellt. Wunderbar, ganz sicher frisch zubereitet und hausgemacht. War sehr gut. Der Service war freundlich, speditiv und auch flexibel. Ich hatte noch zusätzliche Tartaresauce gewünscht, war in kürzester Zeit am Tisch. Sehr schönes Ambiente mit offenem Kaminfeuer. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

We had the calf cordon bleu tonight (19/7/24) and the quality was really poor. It looks like they are using pre prepared cordon bleus that are heated in the oven in stead of using freshly prepared meat, which is absolutely bad given the 54 Swiss Francs (eur...

Das perfekte Restaurant auf der Skipiste wenn man sehr gut essen möchte. Das Essen ist hervorragend, wir wurden spitzenmässig bedient, sehr sehr freundlich und sehr kompetent. Es ist alles frisch zubereitet und sie legen viel Wert auf eigentlich alles. Man merkt dass jemand sehr viel herzblut in das ganze steckt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Es ist nicht ganz günstig, wenn man als Familie unterwegs ist, aber es ist jeden Rappen wert weil einfach...
