The burgers are good, but the service, attitude and hygiene are horrible. First of all, the vegetarian burger was removed from the menu and we asked if one burger could be done without meat (intolerance -medical reasons). We got comments on our order and a refusal. We kindly asked what could be proposed instead and after a negotiation finally got the burger and an angry look as a bonus. The gloves should be worn at this type of establishment at least by a cook. I understand it's is very hot in the kitchen, but please try to keep your mask on or at least change it after sneezing... When both people don't use gloves, don't wash hands, don't wear masks properly, but on the neck are constructing your burger, you wish the owner would see what his "Black Tap" turned into. The cashier touches money and then helps to put the sauce on a bun, holding bun in his hands.. It would be also great if he could use his foot to open the trash and not his hands that he didn't wash for the 40 minutes, that we were there.

Definitely the best burger in Switzerland. Even better than Five Guys. Juicy, fresh, all meat patties and artisanal buns. Perhaps a little too much sauce but delicious nonetheless. Don't believe the reviews about hygiene. The staff were friendly and sanitary throughout the process. Prices correct for Switzerland at CHF14 for a single and CHF18 for a double. Recommended.
