I want to emphasize that the pizza is always fantastic, but the delivery by Uber Eats is always late and sometimes the wrong pizza is sent.

We always schedule the delivery for 12-12.30 and they always update it to 12.45. Sometimes, they come later than that. Once the wrong pizza was sent and I tried to call but could not get through. Thankfully UberEats refunded the wrong pizza.

Das ist der absolut schlechteste Service nach über einer Stunde kam eine Kalte und ein kommplett genervter Kurier vorbei ,er sagte wir sollten eine Reklamation durchgeben dah sie zu wenig Fahrer sind. Als ich dann meine Burger Pizza mit Mozzarella Rand bekam war der Mozzarella wider hard die Sauce hatte schon eine film drauf dah sie sicherlich 30 min im Laden stand. Dannach Kontaktierte ich die Filiale nur schon das sie abgenommen haben ging es 20 min. Man hörte in der Stimme des Mitarbeiteres das sie komplett überlastet sind und er das ganze dem Manager melden wird. Nach knapp 2h kam das das Telefon vom Manager. Ich schilderte im die ganze Situation das einzig was er wissen wollte ist welcher Fahrer schlecht redet und eigendlich nicht mal eine lösung finden möchte, dannach wurde mir als Kunde mit Worten wie ich sollte mich beruhigen und dannach wurde mir einfach aufgelegt. Ich finde es eine Frechheit wenn ich 71.- ausgebe und pizzas die 1 h auf der Tecke stehen bekomme. Ich werde sicherlich nicht mehr bei dieser Fiiliale...
