Delicious cakes/tartes!

A tad too sweet, but otherwise in my opinion they have the best tasting ones in town.

Not the standard "Schwarzwaelder", Apple tart stuff, but something more special & in good quality. For sure better than the ones that can be bought in Coop, Migros & the like.

To my knowledge none of the other bakeries around here offers anything similar.

Recently I was there twice, both times in the late afternoon. It was not crowded & there were mostly elderly customers.

First time I chose a piece of cake directly at the showcase, paid & took it to a table to eat it. The second time I bought a piece of cake to go.

The showcase seemed clean & since I wasn't there during "rush hours" I did not notice tables full with dirty dishes nor have I any complaint on response time of the staff so far.

Both times I paid CHF 5.- by credit card. Though they do not accept AMEX.

Not the cosiest place, but ok.

So far have nothing to report on staff, neither bad experience nor anything...

I enjoyed the cakes they are delicious. The location and the interior of the restaurant are pretty.I have to say for the high priced selection and the self pick up by the entrance for pastries and cakes I was very disappointed with the service off our waitress. She was rude and handed us the hot chocolate to our hands. She did not evan look at us said sorry or thank you when we payed the bill. I highly recommend the manager to fix that issue. Ich hatte die Gelegenheit, Ihr Café bereits mehrere Male zu besuchen. Ich war beeindruckt von der Vielfalt an Optionen, aber als Veganer hatte ich Schwierigkeiten, eine passende Mahlzeit zu finden. Ich habe es inzwischen sicherlich bald 10 Mal probiert ein veganes Frühstück zu bestellen, welches auf der Karte steht. Leider ist die vegane Butter immer aufgebraucht. Das hat mich hungrig und unzufrieden zurückgelassen, während mein Kollege das Frühstück für 'Normalos' genossen hat. Ich war enttäuscht, dass ich bei jedem Besuch leer ausgegangen bin und stattdessen mit ein paar Espressi ohne Milchalternative auskommen musste. Ich hoffe, dass Sie in Zukunft in der Lage sein werden, eine grössere Auswahl an veganen Optionen anzubieten und sicherzustellen, dass die Zutaten auf der Speisekarte immer verfügbar sind. Es wäre grossartig, wenn Sie eines der ersten Cafés im Kanton Zug wären, das wirklich etwas für Veganer zu bieten hat. Bitte denken Sie auch an Menschen mit Milchunverträglichkeiten oder anderen Allergien, die eine alternative Milch benötigen.

Ich bin überzeugt davon, dass Sie das Potential haben, diese Änderungen erfolgreich umzusetzen und ich hoffe, dass meine Bewertung dazu beitragen wird. Ich freue mich darauf, beim nächsten Besuch eine breitere Auswahl an veganen Optionen auf Ihrer Speisekarte zu sehen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Aufmerksamkeit.
