There was one employee named Rafel and he at really made my day, this tall guy was really friendly and funny he was cracking jokes all the time and made my family really enjoy the experience.This man had a really good sense of humour and really understandable english witch we found great too in other restaurants the accent were a little different to understand but this restaurant was really good for not only the service but also the amazing food.It is rare to see this type of service in restaurants my family was really happy in there and even brightened up our evening after the food this was such a great experience in Sug one of my favourite places to visit in Europe.After we ate the food the employee seemed so happy to be in the environment of the restaurant i hope to come visit this restaurant again some time soon because this was really one in a life time experiences.Super kind and understanding environment and very happy people but the restaurant had very astonishing sensory too i could really see how much work was put in to the restaurant and is very pleasant too look around at all the art and the whole design of this restaurant it looked very classic but also modern in some terms but i would love to visit before i go back to Ireland because there is nothing like this in my home country.i started with the HYUNDAI-OK and it was very nice i was very full after and it was super tasty i would really love to learn how to make it myself.My mother ordered the NAUGHTY MIDNIGHT TOUCH and she shared that with my sister because it was too much food for her my father did not order because he had other food but he definitely regretted this because the food was really amazing and even the tall guy was telling us that he is very glad to work here and i could see because he was very passionate and very funny thank you for...

The food was very good there however, it was a bad service. The first time that we went there to have lunch after 5 mins of only sitting down and deciding what to eat there was around 5 waitress coming up to us asking what would we like to order when we have already told them we just sit down and have not look through the menu yet. We didn't give in too much of it since the restaurant were just newly open. The next time we decided to do take away, after we had order the food already we waited for around 30 minutes and finding out that the food was done, all pack, they just forgot to give it us. We still went there a few time after that since we really love the food but we were just doing take away and had no problem after that 1 time. Yesterday we decided to try out and have lunch there again. When we arrive there the time was around 14, we asked if we could sit outside and the waitress there brought us to our table and told us her colleague would be right with us. We sit and look through the menu and have chose what we are going to have, we waited once again 15 minutes for someone to come take our order so we went inside to remind the waitress to come take our order, however nobody came following us to the table right after we told them. Way overpriced for what it is. I had fried chicken bowl (25.50) - the ratio of chicken to batter is meh (you get one boneless chicken thigh), the batter itself almost broke my teeth, definitely wasn't fresh - it was more hard than crispy. The portion size was also meh given the price, small scoop of rice and couple of greens.

What I'm really sour about was a glass of tap water (not bottle - literal glass of tap water) for 5CHF. That right there is robbery. I have no problem paying for my tap water but how is it possible it was more expensive than coke? Even in delivery it is for 3.50 for 5dl so paying 5CHF for a glass of water is the sole reason I'll never visit this place again. The price was clarified with the service and was insisted upon.

The water was indeed one from the water fountain from inside and it was brought by the waiter (not the same waiter as whom did the bill in the end). This wasn't sparkling or still bottle, just normal glass of tap water. Thank you for taking care as the payment was anything but smooth (we had to adjust multiple times regarding what was ordered as the prices did not match - mine was in the end those 5 CHF extra for the water and i had no will to argue further).
