Used to be our favourite place but this time we were very disappointed. Booked a table for 7 for 20.15 - at 18.30. The waiter, or the manager? Let me know on the phone that they close at 22, which for us was fine. We arrived at 20.15 and waiting till 20.30 our friends that unfortunately were stuck in traffic. As soon as they join us, they come and tell us they we have five minutes to order. 30 seconds later - literally 30 seconds later!! They come again to tell us that the kitchen closes in 1 minute! So the five minutes became 1 min - ridiculous. The fondue arrives, and guess what, they forgot bread. 2 minutes waiting for them to realise we didn’t have bread. When we ask for more bread, they look at our table letting us understand that we have two baskets and it should be enough ? Then after we looked a bit shocked it brings it to us. The waiter comes and asks for desserts at 21.30 telling us AGAIN that they close at 22 (men we understood it, we came at 20.30 and you repeated already 5 times!!!) and that if we want desserts the people in the kitchen have to stay longer and he cannot send it home. Was it necessary for us to know it? If you’re closing at 22 you just ask for desserts without specifying it and hoping that people avoid to take it. You better close on Sundays or do not work on the evening if you have so unprofessional workers who just care to go home earlier. We had for the whole night the feeling that we were bothering them, and not guests. At least you’re not going to see us again, and our money either. But remember: if you don’t love your Job, you better change it. People who come having dinner at your place would like to feel welcomed and have a lot pleasant night, not to feel to bother you. Moreover: make it clear that you close at 22 but the kitchen closes at 20.40, because it wasn’t written on...

Frau Gerolds Garten's vibrant atmosphere, diverse menu of delicious food and drinks, and chic decor immediately caught my attention.
The ambiance was simply captivating. The fusion of modern elegance and cozy charm created an inviting space that was hard to resist. However, the lack of available seating was a downside. Waiting for a spot was a bit tedious, and this also led to longer queues.
Despite this, the culinary offerings were a true highlight. The menu boasted an impressive range of dishes, each a masterpiece of flavors and presentation. The drinks menu was equally extensive, featuring both innovative blends and classic favorites, expertly prepared by the skilled mixologists.
While the limited seating did impact the overall experience, Frau Gerolds Garten's atmosphere, delectable offerings, and dedicated staff make it a place I'd recommend to those seeking an...
