Big Ben Westside — Restaurant in Zurich

Went there for an after work burger and beer to catch up with a friend. Excellent, large and creative burger with good sauce and original toppings. Sadly the bun was the usual paper mache junk and I find it reasonable to expect more from a 25.- burger. Standard fries, nothing special or matching the quality and creativity of the burgers. Good and attentive service. Uninspired (the same stuff that everyone has) beer selection at huge prices 7.50.. 9.- for 3 dl catering to the friday midnight party crowd. Most unfortunate are the large and many televisions showing random movie trailers. It's pretty much impossible to sit anywhere without something flashing back and forth in your field of vision which I find very distracting when trying to have a conversation. Avoid this place because of their horrible service. For someone who works next door to this place, we used to go there a lot but recently the service has got really bad. The first time we got a table and we were a big group and ordered a lot of bottles and drinks and after about 40 minutes they told us to give the table to other people and change our place because the table was reserved although no one told us about it at the beginning. Yesterday I gave this place a second chance and ordered the all you can eat chicken wings, the first order comes very fast (takes about 5 minutes) but then when you order again they just ignore you all the time and every time you have to wait between 10 and 15 minutes until you don't feel hungry anymore or lose...

Ordered the dish on the snacks section called "Jalapeno (6pcs)". I was expecting some stuffed grilled or fried jalapenos. What I got was a toast sandwich with a Jalapeno sauce. The waitress insisted that this is the item I ordered from the menu. Indeed there is no jalapeno sandwich in the corresponding sandwich section. This was for a little bit less than 15.- swiss francs.
