Bad customer service, rude on the phone when taking order and the pizza, I ordered pizza gamberoni and asked them to put extra shrimps on it and that I will pay, plus the bread with cutted tomatoes on it. To my surprise, they brought me two big pizzas, the one with the shrimps which I asked for extra shrimps had 10 pieces of shrimps on it and I had to pay I think 25chf or something for that and the small bread with the cutted tomatoes on it was another pizza on its own, when I called to complain they said they normally put 8 pieces of shrimps on the gamberoni which means they were adding 2 pieces extra and I had to pay almost 8 frankly s for that? And the other pizza he explained that this how they understand when I say I want the small bread with the cutted tomatoes and he didn't apologise whatsoever. I order again not too long ago thinking may e the first one was just a bad experience and to my surprise it was the same, the guy who took the order was rude and the currier who brought was worse, and again the same experience with...

We order 2 pizzas there via their website. They are not on Uber eat or Eat, etc.

The advantage is that it’s cheaper as the delivery fee are included. What is also nice is that you can totally customize your pizza ina very flexible way.

Disadvantage is that they can be less reliable on the delivery time and you don’t know where is your food.

In my case were just 10min late, which is acceptable.

The 2 pizzas were very good! The dough is thin, the crust was crunchy in the outside and soft in the inside, the crust was not dry which is perfect. The toppings are good, I had the spicy salami and it was not so spicy but as average.

On the side, you can choose either their chilly or garlic sauce. Chilly sauce was not spicy at all but much of pepper/paprika taste. The garlic sauce was very good.

I ordered two pizzas and waited 1.5 hours then called to check where is my order... the restaurant said sorry we have some stress times and you need to wait another 20 to 30 mnts... I waited one more hour and the food never arrived... we couldn’t get our meal - very unreliable... Well established restaurants would contact you during busy times and advise you that it may take a long time and you get to chose if you wanna wait or not... furthermore, telling me it would take another 20-30 mnts and then not show up for another hour is so unprofessional... this restaurant did not respect the time or the needs of their costumers... If you have kids at home waiting for a pizza, I would never order from this restaurant if I were you......
