K2 — Restaurant in Zurich

The atmosphere was really lovely, and the staff seemed friendly and generally willing to help, but unfortunately, they were quite inattentive.

I had fried eggplant with sweet potato fries. The food was far too greasy, and the fries were slightly burnt. The sauces, however, were tasty. The server came once to ask if everything was fine but never returned afterward. We couldn’t get anyone’s attention to order water, and it wasn’t offered either.

The staff only came once to ask about drinks, which was disappointing since we actually wanted to order more. Even though the restaurant was mostly empty, it was hard to get the service’s attention.

My companion had the classic Cordon Bleu and said it was “okay.” Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it fell short of expectations — a pity, because I would have liked...

I saw on Instagram this restaurant and I thought why not let’s try it. Prices are really high, yeah you can mix yourself the schnitzel or Cordon Bleau but when they brought us the cordon bleau after 1 h (was a little bit cold the meat) and it taste like the ones that you buy in Coop yeah it’s not so nice.
