Restaurant Letzigrund — Restaurant in Zurich

Possibly the best steak I've ever had. Being an American, that's saying something. For my wife’s birthday, this restaurant was perfect. Possibly the best food we’ve eaten in our 25 years of living in Zürich.

My starter was the HUMMERSUPPE (Lobster soup), and it was delightful. The main course was the FILETTO DI MANZO 300 G (beef tenderloin), served with Café de Paris sauce and Pomme Anna. The beef was so tender you could cut it with a butter knife. It melted in my mouth. It’s always a challenge finding a place that properly cooks and serves excellent beef tenderloin. Look no further.

Luigi and his staff were top-notch. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive to our wishes and needs. The restaurant is easy to get to; the tram 2 is on the corner, and there’s plenty of free parking. You can’t say that about most restaurants in Zürich.

To top off a wonderful evening, the staff served TIRAMISU (strawberry, ladyfingers, and mascarpone) while singing Happy Birthday to my wife.

Cristian was THE MOST amazing server and gave THE BEST recommendations. The Pasta Bigoli Amatriciana was THE MOST AMAZING pasta I have ever had. I’m Italian and never thought I’d eat says that would beat my Noni’s but this was it. Luigi, the owner, is so personable and hospitable. We would eat here every night if we could. MUST EAT HERE! It’s 5 stars and the ambiance is lovely.

Durante una recente visita a “Letzigrund”, sono rimasto colpito dalla qualità del cibo, dall’ospitalità e dall’atmosfera del locale. Situato in una zona tranquilla e accogliente, il ristorante si distingue per il suo arredamento elegante ma non pretenzioso, che crea un ambiente perfetto per una cena romantica o un pranzo in famiglia.

Cibo: Il menu offre un’ampia scelta di piatti, con un’attenzione particolare alla stagionalità degli ingredienti. Anche i dolci meritano una menzione speciale; il tiramisù fatto in casa è stato il finale ideale per il pasto.

Servizio: Il personale è stato impeccabile: gentile, attento e sempre disponibile senza risultare invadente. La nostra cameriera ci ha consigliato un ottimo vino locale che si sposava perfettamente con i piatti scelti.

Prezzi: I prezzi sono in linea con la qualità offerta. Non è un ristorante economico, ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo è assolutamente giustificato. Le porzioni sono generose e curate nei minimi dettagli.

Atmosfera: La musica di sottofondo e l’illuminazione soffusa contribuiscono a rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. È evidente l’attenzione ai dettagli, dal design degli interni alla presentazione dei piatti.

In conclusione, “La Tavola Perfetta” è un luogo che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un’esperienza culinaria di alto livello. Non vedo l’ora di tornare per provare altri...
