We had a reservation at about 6pm. At 19:00 we got informed that the kitchen was closing on 19:30 and on 20:15, while waiting for 15min for 3 beers, I saw the information that they will close at 21:00. I mean just don’t put any opening hours in the internet (normally until 22:30), if you are not sticking to them and closing shop, whenever the employees want to go home. Food was ok, but long waiting times (not a lot of people, but still). Nothing special. Service was bad. People standing in line to get drinks, 2 employees are working and two were just standing there, instead of opening up a 2nd order station. Toilets were clean and ok. Went here to watch the Switzerland Spain game. The Match was streamed on zatoo and kept buffering due to connection issues. The Bar was also amazingly slow. While waiting I started my stopwatch. It took the barman almost 2 minutes to serve one Peroni. The customer just ahead of me ordered three Peronis and then called her friends to check what they wanted, while waiting for her friend to arrive at the bar, the barman just stood there and stared at the customers. In the 4 minutes it took for that customer to decide on their order, they could have served an entire two Peronis! I can't understand how it can take so long to serve a bar that only has bottles. The worst place for a drink other than beer, overpriced AF! Got a “ass-made” gin tonic in a disposable cup payed 20 ch. The staff asked me which gin did I wanted without telling that “choosing” costed 5 chf more than the “normal” gin tonic which costed 15 chf. Then, I claimed back the deposit for the disposable cup, since I was told I paid a deposit, but then a girl started treating me like a fool, laughing at my face and called me a liar for this reason. They even asked me to show my bank statement to show that I did paid the deposit, ridiculous and insulting. Honestly, don’t waste your money...
