Last week, me and my friend went to Pao Pao to get some bubble tea. We both orered brown sugar, one hot and one cold. While the customer service was fire as always, neither of us were really happy with our drinks. It was close to closing time, so I already suspected the tapioca bubbles would be softer than usual. However, more than than, the drink itself was unflavoured, and it basically felt like drinking plain milk and bubbles.

Good bubble tea but the portion is really small! The M is the size of a S in all bubble teas I’ve been to. It’s expensive for the size it is (yes even for Switzerland) and there weren’t ice cubes in my drink. It was cold outside so I didn’t mind too much but I wish the person serving me at least asked if I wanted some. The sausage and cheese corn dog is good and it is a very nice size. I just wish there was more sausage. The music inside is really loud. I wouldn’t recommend eating inside if you want to talk with friends. However the decor is...

Went here on a Saturday and Bao, the store attendant, provided excellent service and was very welcoming. We got the Matcha Banana Pudding drink, which was served very quickly -- within 5 mins or less.

The corndog took longer but that is expected as it needs to be prepared and cooked. Overall, I expect to come back here regularly on weekends and will now sign up for their loyalty card. Great boba place with excellent customer service. Highly recommended in the...
