Came in for a DoorDash Carry Out order and accidentally used the main entrance instead of the carryout entrance (I was in a rush and it’s not close by the main door or marked on the main door to use the other entrance.) The young ladies at the front were very polite and gave me the drinks for the order and said the food would be ready shortly. The male manager came out and stood back to observe their work and the flow of everything. When my order was ready the young ladies at the front asked me to repeat the name and they went to grab the order. The manager took the order from the young lady and insisted I step to the carryout area. This would not have been a problem, except to get to that area I either had to go around the building outside, or squeeze between a shelf, a counter, and a customer. The manager insisted I squeeze. With DoorDash orders you have to confirm the order before you get the order, which I obviously have no problem doing, but you also have to take a picture of the receipt before you can confirm the order. He would not let the order sit still for me to take a picture of the receipt, so I just took a picture of the order while it was in his hand and confirmed anyway. He gave me a rude reminder to use the carryout door next time I had an order, and then I went on my way to proceed with the order. The staff was friendly and sweet, the manager was not so much.

I like the choices, but what I really love is the puffy corn tortilla on some of the select tacos. So I ordered a two taco meal and asked for that particular tortilla for my tacos. She did ring it up that way, but of course I didn't get that. The nice gal who brought me my food said she'll fix it. Came back with one taco fixed, not the other one. It's important bc they don't heat up their flour tortillas which are thin and have zero flavor. I gave up and ate. The "meal" comes with a side and a drink. For some reason, unlike every other restaurant in the US, they give you a baby cup so you have to keep getting up to get a refill. The chips and dips trio seems like a good idea, until I tried to dip into the cheese, see photo for reference. The salsa had a watered down basic flavor. This definitely isn't for connoisseurs of real Mexican food or fancy taco trucks. The nice thing about them is they claim to donate a meal for every meal that is purchased, which I hope is true. This particular location is pretty new, so I was surprised by the little bit of attitude you get from the cashier who clearly wanted to go home. But not before requiring me to input a tip, why is this happening everywhere?

The experience that I had was the best cashier very friendly walk me through the menu. First time there so I was a little confused, but she want me through it. We received our order very fast. We didn’t have to wait that long. I’ll give it one out of 10 the food that I had at seven. I was not offended the rice with the pesto. I love the corn street The chicken fajita not for me, but I did like the basic taco. It was really good my grandkids like the kid chicken quesadilla My Daughter chicken bowl not a hungry person or you can’t eat a lot. Please do not get them both. They are huge. They give you a lot of rice and a little bit of everything, it was not my type of thing but my daughter loved it overall everything was OK. My grandkids were happy my baby girl was happy.. and the manager, his name is Matt or Matthew. He is excellent and any question you have your answer. I love the customer service, very very professional and very, very friendly staffed..

After reviewing the pictures from others' posts, I had to try Tacos 4 life. I could tell this location was new to this area. It was clean on the outside and inside. The staff was constantly cleaning the tables as guests got up and not standing around. Love it! Even the bathroom was clean. I must say I love the concept when you eat someone's else is eating that's hungry. While supporting a business at the same time. Destiny is definitely a gem to this location. She was full of energy while helping us decide on what to eat. It is rare to meet people who care in the food industry today. We ordered the two tacos combo. I got the chicken and bacon taco and the Korean beef taco. The chicken taco was filling and tasteful. The Korean was good, but the beef was a little tough for me. My side item was the queso and rice it was really good. Now that ultimate nacho with the chicken was a beast. Not skimpy at all.. I really enjoyed our meal

I had the opportunity to visit the Tacos 4 Life Steele Creek location for their soft opening this weekend. We are so excited to have a location closer to us as we frequently visit the Arboretum location. As this is a new location - be patient with the staff as they learn the system and the tacos. For example, the staff bringing our plates mentioned a chorizo taco and we had not ordered that, but as regulars, we knew what our tacos would look like and told her in fact she had our tacos - she just was incorrect on knowing the tacos she was bringing to us. Our favorite menu items: Apps: *Chips and guac Tacos: *Buffalo Chicken (this is a special, so it is not always on the menu). *Crab Cake *Fajita Chicken *Carnitas Sides: *Mexican Cream Corn *Queso Rice Definitely recommend Tacos 4 Life for some fantastic tacos! Sign up for their rewards as you will get free dips, tacos, etc.

The atmosphere is a walk-up piece counter, get a number and find a table. It wasn't necessarily fast food or sit-down and order dining. The food was quite tasty and full of great flavor. The serving portions were on point and didn't make us feel too full, but enough to satisfy our appetite. Toppings were fresh, crispy and/or cooked/prepared wonderfully. We asked for some additional sauces and we really enjoyed the flavors. Somewhat unique. The staff is friendly and helpful (if asked) and provided good service. The dining hall is a very open and airy space with booth seating and table seating, and can accommodate individual guests up to large groups (we saw a family of 7). More importantly though is focus on feeding the hungry. This is important to us and it's something we do on a voluntary basis, and so it's nice to see a business doing the same.
