On Friday, July 5th my parents ordered 50 wings plus fries. Upon arriving, the fries were over cooked and and cold. Darrian, Store Manger, immediately replaced “some” of the fries. (Sweat potato and half of the regular fries) When my family and I went to eat the wings they were severely under cooked (blood still visible on some of the wings). I’ve eaten their wings before and this was the first time they were this had.
I reached out to Darrian regarding this situation, and at first he wanted to provide a store credit due to the circumstance. I advised him my parents are in town visiting from NY and we were 20 minutes away from his location. I asked what my options were and he stated he would provide a full refund of the order. He told me to identify the type of payment processed, and he would take care of it. Darrian told me to speak to my parents and call back and advise the night manager or himself. I did what was instructed of me and spoke with the night manager. He told me the credit will be applied within 24-hrs and I needed to pick up the cash. This was not the case.
Today, July 6th, my mother was in the area and went to pick up the money. Darrian and the night manager completely changed their story. Darrian indicates I had to bring back the food. I would have yesterday if discussed. The food was thrown away and my parents ordered something else with hopes to get their money back today. The entire management team was very rude and continued to repeat they weren’t going to refund their money without the wings. Also they don’t have a way to refund in the store because their system is through a 3rd party vendor: He also said he wasn’t going to argue with me that he told me the wings needed to be brought back. Not once in two calls on the 5th was it advised me us.

Read moreYesterday, 9/17/2022, I visited this location for the first time and was HIGHLY disappointed with the service I received. I would give 0 stars if i could.... I placed a carry out order, that I was told would be ready in 20 mins. I ran a couple of errands in the area and returned to pick up my food ~25-30mins later only to find out my food wasn't done being prepared. I waited another 15 mins and then asked the hostess to check to see how much longer. The hostess returns to tell me "there is another order in front of me". I then asked did you get an estimated wait time, she shook her head and said no. I waited another 20 mins and my food still wasn't done. Once my food was finally done (over an hour later), I took my food and checked the bag to make sure all of the items I ordered was in the bag and correct. I ordered 10 bone-in wings (5 bbq/5 mild sauce, crispy and extra wet), a southwest wrap with a side of coleslaw. The mild wings had NO sauce on them. I took them in to show the waitress who then told me, thats what the mild wings look like. Which I knew was incorrect. I politely asked for her to go to the kitchen and request the sauce and I would toss my wings myself. I return to my vehicle to then notice my side of coleslaw was not in the bag. I returned again, just to be told coleslaw is no longer offered. The young lady that took my order asked me several times what I wanted as my side, and I said coleslaw. She read my order back to me and I saw her complete the order in the computer. So, if coleslaw was no longer an option, I'm not understanding why the first time I'm finding out, is when my order is done being prepared and only because I noticed and asked. Read moreI would leave no stars if I could. I’ve attended this establishment twice. My first time was not good. I was told my wait time would be 40-45 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes I go in to learn that my food was not ready. I go back 15 minutes later and in walks a different customer who received the wrong order. The host/waiter looks in the bag and says “Here is your order. We had a mixup.” Reminder: I’ve already waited a hour at this time. I refuse the food because one I am pregnant and two COVID is going on. After speaking with a very nice manager we decided to wait an extra 30 minutes for them to remake the order. I only returned because on this visit the manager was very apologetic and remade the order right away. My second visit was today. I ordered a Patty Melt, well done. When I received my order my patty was pink. Both my boyfriend and I saw that it had some pink. Again, not suitable for a pregnant woman. The male who handled the issue stated, “There should be no pink.” As if I’m not being honest. There’s no way that I drove back across town for nothing! So we look at it. With the dim lighting you can’t see the coloring as well. He goes to say, “We don’t do refunds, only credits.” I would take a store credit IF I had plans of returning. Not a chance!
