This was hands down my worst fast food experience. As someone with anxiety I prefer to order online when picking up for my family so I know I haven't messed the order up and to simplify the interaction. I arrived and my order wouldn't be ready for another 10 minutes, but the line was moving extremely slow (1 order every 8-10 minutes) so I decided I better get in line. With 3 cars in front of me it took about 20 minutes before I reached the speaker. When arriving at the menu board to order, they greeted me and said please wait. I waited about 5 minutes for them to return. In that time I received a text message saying my pickup order was ready. I told the lady on the speaker I had received a message and asked if I could come inside and grab it so I wouldn't have to wait in the slow moving line, she said that would be fine. I parked my car and went to the drive thru side entrance... it was locked... OK there must only be one door open. So I pull my car around to the other side of the building and goto that door... locked. Inside sat a table with 4 employees on break and one man sweeping. The man sweeping was very rude and shooed me away and pointed me back toward the drive thru. I tried to motion for him to come speak to me as I was instructed to come inside for my food. He refused to speak to me. So I pulled back around the building and parked in the mobile pickup parking spot and called the number on the sign. I very nicely and apologetically explained that I was told I could come in but the doors were locked and that now there were roughly 15 cars in line and I didn't want to have to wait through that again. They agreed to bring my order to mobile pickup for me. Great. Problem solved. Nope. They brought out my drinks and a very light bag, although I placed a large order. (Meals for 3 people plus appetizers) I looked in the bag and found 2 sides of fries and our side of Texas toast, everything else was missing. So I was forced to call the number again and very nicely explained that most of the order was missing, they gathered what was missing and brought it out. Fine. The lady on the phone and that brought it out was not rude but was not very kind either. I was more upset by the man inside shooing me like an animal. (An over weight white guy) anyway I get home with the food and the fries and chicken smell and taste like spent cooking oil and I ended up throwing it out because I don't want to get sick... I really hope something is done about this location. I came over a year ago and had a bad experience, I thought time would've changed things but it's has only gotten worse. MUCH WORSE! whatever happened to customer service? I don't expect people to get stuff perfect every time, we're all just people. But being human, you can at least extend some kindness. Especially when I was apologizing and acting as if I had made a problem, when in reality this place...
Read moreI go to drive thrus all the time and never have any issue. But when I went to this one, now I’m dealing with an obnoxious/immature kid who also can’t hear. I roll up, tell the woman to hold on one moment while I look over the menu real quick, which she understands clearly. Then after a second of looking over the menu and deciding what I want, I tell her I’m ready, she ignores the first time. I say hello, and then she mockingly responds saying hello multiple times. I ask her a simple question, she first acts like she can’t understand what I’m saying, mind you I am simply asking what are the options I have when it comes to how many buffalo wings I can order. Seemed like a straight forward question… I find myself having to rephrase this basic question multiple times and finally she gets it. Keep in mind I don’t have a unique accent or anything that should make it difficult to comprehend what I’m saying. She finally tells me my options and then when I tell her what I want which she fully understands at first, I simply ask her a second basic question basic question and all of a sudden she acts like she can’t hear me at all and is super rude about it with all this attitude saying now all of a sudden I’m talking low and need to talk louder which is dumb because she could hear perfectly fine a second ago and I never have this issue anywhere else. At this point I just drive off because I don’t have the time or tolerance for this level of rudeness and incompetence. Never did she say something basic like, sorry I’m having a hard time hearing you or anything remotely professional. Just ghetto and immature the entire time with all these different excuses, not to mention the line as per usual was beyond slow and long. I think she just got offended that I told her to wait a second while I look over the menu, which you honestly shouldn’t work here if that offends you and causes you to play games… Will definitely not be returning with all these options available, now I remember why I stopped going here...
Read moreI will NEVER come back to this location. I waited for 25 minutes in the drive thru to place an order for 2 nibblers. When I got to the speaker I waited an additional 8minutes and was only hearing the sounds of clicking and static. I asked was there something wrong with the speaker after the long wait. A female comes on and says “we are on a 15 min hold”. At this point I am extremely annoyed and the line is very long and they waited until it was my turn to say there was a hold. I told them I would wait until the hold was over. A woman with an afro comes out telling me that “you need to park over there because it’s going to keep on beeping and we don’t want to hear that”. She was extremely unprofessional, aggressive and her clothing was not clean as she had stains all over her shirt and pants. She also had food residue in the corners of her mouth. I told her I would back up but I wouldn’t get out of the line as I had been waiting a long time. She then told me “we will not take your order”. At that point I called corporate. Poor service to the people that keep your doors open is unacceptable and it seems poor service and the mentality of “you’re going to eat/shop here anyway no matter how we treat you” is going too far. My family and I will NEVER spend another dime here. We will go around the corner where the people are nice and the sanitation score is high. Negative stars if that was possible for this place.
