Had this for lunch today on 12th November.
It’s hidden in a small corner and looks family run.
The chef and owner is very friendly and makes an effort to share how he conceptualizes the food and makes the effort to make the food healthier and better. The blue pea rice for example, is made from home grown blue pea flowers.
Ordered the scallop sushi which was sweet, big and delicious. The sea bream sushi is a new experience. It was fatty and oily but somehow it’s cut off nicely from the freshly grated wasabi. Mentaiko chicken wings was interesting. Spicy and stuffed with mentaiko.
The salmon rice don is on the small side but it was enough. Sashimi grade salmon is used and it shows through the nice fatty oils and rice with miso is awesome.

其實大部分的人只要好吃就不嫌貴 不符合期待才會有價格上的落差! 還好很多做吃的老闆都不怕客人給建議 給個建議就雞飛狗跳的回應不是很奇怪嗎? 店家的~『粉絲』在說我吃米不知道米價啦~ 一堆『速回』的''粉~絲''讓我收回『讚』了! 真的要多吃幾家才知道落差在哪裡了!
