I loved this store. A little bit small store is located in center of Minhsiong nearby traditional market, around 12 chairs. The boss is so nice. If you loved Japanese food I think this store is recommended for you! The price is not cheap but acceptable! One dish is 150nt, a soup is 40nt. Sometimes I think I just want to eat fresh fishes without rice but sometimes I don’t finish a bowl of fish only so the boss always makes rice inside and fish outside. If you don’t like rice you can give away. I like sushi here because of having avocado inside! So delicious!

鮭魚親子丼 2百多 鮭魚握壽司88 烤鯖魚128 玉子燒128 味增魚湯150幾 烤牛肉50 烤三串100 酪梨壽司卷88 兩個人吃加起來剛好一千 坐在騎樓的馬路邊 椅子和桌子是飲料塑膠箱， 用餐的時候這些塑膠箱子會不斷的自己移動 整體體驗下來感覺很像在資源回收中心用餐 看了其他評論才知道 還有地下一樓高級的用餐環境 （但是沒有廁所） 非常標準的一次店 雖然海鮮也是新鮮的 但環境不是很乾淨 整體感受大打折扣 1.時間：點餐後壽司類和魚湯陸續等了40-60分鐘 2.服務態度： 因為個人不吃肉，在點酪梨壽司卷的時候 點餐前特地詢問店員， 包的料除了酪梨還有什麼， 問了兩三次以上都得到同個回答「就酪梨啊」 結果在40分鐘後送上了的是包滿肉鬆跟酪梨的飯捲 本來想說摸摸鼻子就算了 可是覺得此店價格不菲，可能會不只吃不飽， 還會吃了個悶虧⋯⋯想了想還是問問吧 上前去問問廚師有沒有什麼意見， 還好有重做， 大概不到10分鐘就重做了， 只是前面等了40分鐘的情緒稍微複雜了起來 一百五十幾塊的魚湯好喝， 但是店員在說這個湯的時候是說魚頭湯， 魚頭是沒看見，蝦頭倒是有兩顆 並且握壽司來的時候桌上沒有醬油跟芥末 還要另外索取，索取後， 就給了醬油芥末，沒有主動提供碟子 請問是倒手上沾嗎？ 3.美味部分： 烤串類，醬汁是醬汁，串是串， 沒有烤串該有的火味，醬汁味道也很廉價 玉子燒是非常美味給第一名 烤鯖魚中規中矩70分是覺得食材新鮮 鮭魚親子丼份量小的驚人 酪梨卷⋯就算了別提了 因為廚師毫不猶豫的處理肉鬆酪梨壽司、 所以給2顆星。
