Nice cafe, like another Starbucks. Good to take a break here. We always come to Chiayi on a day trip and like to come here for a Latte and a pastry. Free wifi, and upstairs is spacious, clean and not noisy. It is conveniently located not too far from the Chiayi station. Good to explore this area and have...
