The branch of Wang Steak group in Chiayi locates near to the traffic circl, not far from the train station. The restaurant is on the second floor where customers should walk on stairs to access. It was my wife's 70th birthday. The dining experience itself was very delightful, the meal and service were exceptional. A special Birthday Crown and framed picture gift were a surprise blessing. The only bad experience was calling in advance to make reservations. The receptionist who answered the phone couldn't understand our poor Chinese, and when we switched to Taiwanese, she abruptly hung up the phone. We had to call a second time, and still she was impolite, she never said excuse me or sorry, she just handed the phone to someone else, who understood our Chinese, no problem.
