There aren’t many buffets in Chiayi and this one is probably the most popular one. Food is okay, but with the price over $1000 (in the holiday evening), I expected something better.

The icecream is the weakest part. Meiji and another brand I’ve never heard. And they don’t have original flavors like vanilla, chocolate or strawberry but only some special flavors which I doubted...

Great AYCE buffet restaurant. Not too pricey. Very helpful and friendly intern servers. They've got better western dishes than Chinese ones. Japanese shrimp tempura and sashimi are great. Roasted beef too dry but very good dice beef. Dim sum are totally disaster with gross...

We had the set menu for Western style, which is served weekdays. The ambience is superb, the food portions generous, the salad has delicious crispy bacon, the clam chowder soup with mushrooms, white fish, etc., is the best part of the whole meal. The BBQ steak had...

服務人員態度親切，廚師們也很親切介紹菜色，在炎熱的空間一邊備餐一邊跟客人介紹真的也辛苦了，冰淇淋種類多，炸蝦好吃，紅酒燉牛肉很軟嫩，現沖牛肉湯也很美味！ 第一批客人進來比較不需要人擠人～舒服的用餐環境～

早餐豐富，但服務人員素養差！ 現做區比較好吃，有自治擔仔麵料很多樣，現燙牛肉湯（美國牛）比較有印象，熟食區普通且不好吃。因範圍很廣被安排在熟食區這側，沒注意到有麵包區，最後才看到有一桌有麵包才去找到。 因接近結束用餐時間，吃很趕又聽到幾個穿黃色服務生邊收拾桌子邊抱怨，感覺很差。小孩一早又是三口組另一個完全不吃。隔壁桌一開始來就在打包，最後大人才開始用餐，猜測應該也是孩子不想下樓吃，想說是不是跟之前飯店一樣太晚到要清場給午餐客所以會給有家庭的孩子方便？就去詢問帶位的懷孕工作人員說聲因為我們太晚下來吃很趕，小孩都沒吃，放在桌上小孩的麵包看是否也能直接帶走？她制式性的問我孩子是否上樓了（我們都是寧可沒吃也不會單獨讓孩子自己在房間），但最後交待一下工作人員給我餐盒，我跟工作人員說我不需要餐盒給我透明小盒子帶麵包即可，熟食那些都不需要，結果又另一個工作立馬來查看並大聲說我們只能拿一個盒子喔！有兩個小孩餐卷給一個目測只能裝一個小菠蘿盒子這是什麼思路？最後勉為其難多給，最後我們把一個餐盒直接留在桌上不拿了！後來老公才又說聽到三個服務生在私下議論把客人講的很難聽說利用小孩怎樣之類的！覺得素質很差！一個早上被我們聽到兩次服務生們抱怨工作、客人，覺得不想做不想服務可以不要做這個工作，沒有同理心也不會站在客人角度，在飯店業是走不下去的，誠心建議這批服務生要重新訓練！一顆星只給認真在崗位工作的廚師們，還有懷孕辛苦工作帶位的服務人員。
