阿美臭豆腐 — Restaurant in Chiayi

The store's fried bean curd is NOT deep fried or crispy type of the fried bean curd which has hard and dark or deep brown bean curd skin after long oil frying. Instead, the bean curd in the Store is soft fried with light yellow fried bean curd skin outside, but bean curd or tofu inside is still soft. That is its uniqueness or strength of its fried bean curd, because it is NOT deeply fried, it does not absorb too much oil and is relatively healthier than deeply friend bean curd.

晚間滿足的一頓小確幸。

這是一間大家都不陌生的老店-阿美臭豆腐 今天是自從移店後的首訪。

特地點了15塊臭豆腐（100元），一個魷魚🦑羹。還特別囑咐要「咖ㄌㄡˉ勒」。中文字義應該是炸酥脆一點吧？！

久久沒吃，還真忘記阿美臭豆腐的口感。今天再次入口，外皮較酥，內裡軟嫩。醬汁部分則是水水的，不過鹹。搭配自製泡菜。很是可以。15塊臭豆腐的份量，剛好滿足我午晚餐加宵夜的飽足。

魷魚羹屬於沙茶醬基底的。羹裡放入「九層塔🌿」所以香氣很濃郁。口味約略介於中等、不過重。魷魚爽口。如果無法接受九層塔的朋友，請點餐的時候，提醒🔔老闆別放喔！

傳統臭豆腐，非市面一般脆皮臭豆腐 而且是小塊的臭豆腐，不是大塊炸完再切成小塊的

外帶不像其他店用紙盒紙碗裝 是用耐熱袋裝，跟小時候買的一樣，好懷念

中藥粉的甘草味很香，不過吃起來味道卻不重 個人重口味，不是很合我胃口

這邊要大讚店家的油很乾淨👍👍👍 我去購買時，明明離打烊只剩一個小時了 但老闆還是要換油，還一直和顧客說不好意思： "換油後還要等油溫上來，需要等久一點" 我是真的第一次遇到這種店家 通常鄰近打烊時間，店家都會繼續撐著 所以等久一點，我們也不介意

因此即使餐點不含個人口味 ...
