This bar is a gem. If you’re only staying in Chaiyi briefly, this is THE bar to visit. Andy is a master mixologist. The menu he’s put together has drinks to satisfy anyone’s palette. If you’re overwhelmed by the plethora of cocktail options offered on the menu, don’t be shy to ask for a recommendation - Andy will gladly provide one. The creativity here is unparalleled. I am not exaggerating when I say this is one of the best cocktail bars I’ve ever been to in my life. Do yourself a favor and indulge in multiple cocktails here, you will not regret it...

Wow! Amazing! I don't even know where to begin. The bartender, who might also be the owner, is fantastic. He has traveled to many different countries to gain experience in bartending and create his unique vibe. This place is truly remarkable. I’ve been to many bars in Taiwan, but this one is the best. Look no further! The cocktails, the atmosphere, and the friendly conversations will always make you feel incredible. Was in Chiayi for one night and had heard that COP was the place to come for a drink. I was not disappointed. The menu highlighted their specialty tea and spice inspired cocktails and received lovely hospitality from the staff. Andy was a delight to chat to and he whipped up a delicious Plumgroni that I enjoyed. He was also happy to give some bar recommendations in other cities in Taiwan. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would come back the next time I’m in Chiayi.
