3-Stars means "just okay" in my book. Having lived in Bangkok for 6 years, I wont call this authentic Thai cuisine-it leans more toward a creative interpretation. We ordered nearly everything on the menu, nothing will intrigue me to return. In addition, sweet-n-sour sauce clearly wasnt made from scratch - it taste like something from supermarket shelf. Read more之前看到網路上有人介紹很心動,這次總算有機會來試試看。店內環境舒適,裝潢走低調質感路線,這次點了香煎松阪豬綠咖哩、泰式打拋豬(不辣),手標泰式奶茶及芒果糯米飯。
香煎松阪豬綠咖哩 綠咖哩本身質地較水狀,一入口是明顯的香茅和椰漿香氣,味道還不錯,但整體偏甜,松阪豬煎得恰到好處,咖哩醬給的量很多,基本上每一口飯都可以配上滿滿的綠咖哩。
泰式打拋豬(不辣) 豬肉的量很有誠意,旁邊還有鳳梨沙拉,打拋豬剛入口是濃郁的醬香,味道和平常吃到的台式打拋豬完全不同,口味鹹中帶甜,第一口吃起來可能會不太習慣,但吃到後面越吃越涮嘴。
手標泰式奶茶 甜度約半糖到少糖,雖然稍甜,但不甜的話就不像泰奶了.整體來說茶香濃郁,順口好喝。
芒果糯米飯(期間限定) 第一次吃芒果糯米飯,糯米飯是溫熱的,軟爛中帶點Q勁,搭配椰漿和芒果(看皮好像是金煌),吃起來很新奇,是道有特色的甜點。
由於真的太好奇為什麼主菜吃起都甜甜的(差不多台南甜的感覺),查了一下網路資料,泰國料理講究五味調和,所以做菜會放糖,所以可能是老闆的料理特別道地?...
