We chanced on this pizzeria in the small town of Chisang. I was wowed by the high rating but secretly worried it would be a disaster. But the pizza turned out to be pretty good. Read moreOne of the best pizzas I’ve had in Taiwan. Fluffy QQ base with a nice bit of wood fired char on the bottom, plenty of cheese and generous toppings. I chose the 豆皮 (bean curd skin) pizza which was original and well executed.
The pizza is only 9” but proved more than enough to fill one person up, especially as all the cheese is quite rich.
The interior is a beautifully restored old building with lovely wooden tables....
