Flavours for the dishes are very complex and well balanced. Creative presentations. Beyond excellent service - friendly and efficient. Wine pairing was exquisite - love that they served natural wines. The premises is aged but with decent modern decoration and the atmosphere is good.

A rare treat. They served a delightful cosumme with ravioli, an interesting salad with avocado; I love the dressing, the entree is an excellent Beef Wellington. If. you come to Chisheung , Taidong, book early, don't miss out on...

Wine pairing was exquisite - love that they served natural wines. The premises is aged but with decent modern decoration and the atmosphere is good. Reservation required Best choice of gathering with lovely family, friends 在池上，你也可以細細品嚐優雅的法式料理。 2022年9月開幕的Les Potes，主廚受過歐洲法式料理的專業訓練，套餐以「冬-節慶」主題為設計，使用台灣在地有機食材，從小點、開味菜、手工酸種酵母麵包、五道主菜料理到甜點，皆可感受主廚對池上的細膩情感，在此用餐不只是一場視覺的饗宴，也可感受新鮮食材的美味滋味，每道餐點皆可品嚐到主廚的用心及為食客帶來的小驚喜，特別是沙拉餐點的五彩小蕃茄各有不同酸甜味的口感，偶有一二顆藏有羊奶酪的搭配，主菜餐點另分別搭配三杯不同風味的餐酒，可襯托引誘食材風味的層次，好比繪畫創作過程中明度由淺而深的畫面構成，完整的呈現創作歷程。 在夜幕低垂的池上街道上，透明落地餐廳在傍晚五點才開始營業，在此用餐不只是五感的體驗，是美味的饗宴；更可欣賞帥氣主廚的職人精神，主廚太太親切的服務和笑容，也是令人難忘的回憶。
