NO.9 Gourmet Coffee — Restaurant in Chishang

[guanshan ETAs] a really lovely cafe with beautiful views of the ever-changing landscape of Chisang’s rice fields. The indoor seating is minimal but it’s all worth it once you get a table. Seating set up encourages relaxing and slowing down. Staff was kind and accommodating!

We each got a drink combo with a drink and a panna cotta. All the drinks were amazing but special shout out to the mocha chocolate smoothie, which was giving frozen hot chocolate vibes. The waffles were hearty and healthful. The pizza (not pictured, 480 NT) was like a seafood-esque flatbread which added spice to our lives

worth noting that what you pay also goes toward you getting to sit leisurely for a while so it’s well worth the price!

Pretty Comfortable cafe atmosphere with good coffee and delicious pannacotta BUT the price-performance ratio isn’t worth it at all!! Unfortunately the cafe seems to be getting very old and it’s good reviews are no longer justified. The furniture is very dusty which also makes the air bad. Everything looks a little messed up, which shouldn't be possible at the very high prices. That almost destroyed the delicious café! I also can’t recommend the small pizza for a whopping 400 NTS either. In all I cannot recommend it - totally overpriced for...

I was hungry and came only for the pizza. The pizza wasn’t good enough quality, that you should get for its astronomic price. The pizza was made fast on high temperature, that made the ingredients on the pizza dry and unnatural. You also cannot enjoy the atmosphere of this coffee, because if you look closely you will see lot of stuff, that are not cleaned. You can find dust in every corner, on every shelf and the windows are also not...
