One of the kids in the next table was scratched by the cat there when we visited today. And another cat went on to scratch another a lady working there. Does not seem to me that the ppl there know the procedures to handle situations like this. The waitresses there never came to check the kid’s wound, and just told the kid’s mom that there are nothing on the cats that would infect human. I can understand things like this would happen, but at least come and check the kid’s wounds and be considerate. I also have to say that this place smells bad. 上次和女兒興高采烈地去看貓, 因為一人300元低消, 我們都點了泡芙加飲料. 沒想到等了十幾分鐘後送來的泡芙竟然是冰凍的, 硬到叉子都插不進去... 我很客氣的跟店員反應, 以為哪裡弄錯了, 沒想到她面無表情地說"為了食品新鮮, 我們用冷凍的." 這邏輯......?? 我又客氣地說, 可是真的很硬, 叉子都叉不下去. 結果她說... "你可以放著解凍." (可是你們規定只能坐一小時耶)

說真的要是她有"微微"露出一丁點的微笑, 或是說一聲"不好意思", 根本也不用道歉, 我都不會在這留言. 實在是態度太冷漠, 加上說的理由完全不合理, 再加上其他留言竟然說餐點很好吃... (我們的飲料也非常稀) 我想至少可以把我真實的經歷分享一下吧! (也許我們不該點泡芙?)

Not commenting on the cats or their living area...

Just sharing that the cream puffs we ordered were frozen, absolutely rock hard, and a fork couldn't go through (I took a video as proof). When I politely asked the staff, she blatantly answered without any expression that 'to ensure freshness, we freeze them.' Huh??? What's the logic there? When I told her again very nicely that the cream puffs were rock hard, all she said was 'you can wait for them to thaw'. Mind me, it took her more than ten minutes to prepare our cream puffs and drinks (which was very watered down, flavorless), and we need to thaw our own cream puffs further? Not to mention their policy only allowed us to stay for an hour. What really got to me was the attitude. Had she given a slightest hint of a smile, or one simple 'sorry for the inconvenience' comment, I wouldn't have written...

Sweet cat cafe. The cats are housed and set apart in a part of a designated area of the shop and do not roam about the kitchen and eating area. My kiddo has fallen in love with the kitties and we enjoyed our time with the cats. Some were shy and it was nice that they had a place to hide out and feel safe.
