Coffee Space — Restaurant in Da'an District

When I arrived, there was no line. I gave my order for a cappuccino. I waited 20 minutes, and when I went back to him, he said it would take five more minutes. 25 minutes for a cappuccino is absurd. I am also pretty sure he was making drinks out of order. If it is going to take this long to make a cappuccino, you are obligated to say so. I very much appreciate speciality coffee and am willing to wait for it and even tolerate some poor service to get it, but this is absurd. The barista was completely unapologetic about the situation. Coffee space is a small cozy coffee shop off the main strip in Da An district. The baristas here really take time and care preparing your coffee. I had a pour over (cold) Ethiopian coffee and ordered a latte to go. The pour over is a 5 star coffee and I really appreciate the precision and care taken to make my coffee. The late is more of a 3.5 stars where it was better than average but not really memorable. Seating here is limited but they do have tables that can seat a party of four.
