Premium Price Point, Decent Steak, Terrible Service.

Food: The selection of steaks aren't bad at all and in fact are quite tender and chewy in their bite sizes!

Service: From the misleading menu layout (that potentially fools you into ordering 2 mains) to service from multiple waitresses (4 in total), overall the service was indeed terrible considering this is a "premium priced" restaurant that should be providing professional table service.

Second order of our bread was forgotten and after reminding 3 different waitresses, it came 15 minutes after (just before the mains did). Warm plates for the mains were served 5 minutes before our mains actually arrived, meaning the plate was then cold when the steaks were on it. All waitress did not look you in the eye when speaking to you. The last waitress who got my bill and returned my card was extremely rude with her tone of voice and lack of eye contact.

Overall, lots of improvement in terms of service of this place if they want to uphold the "premium price" of their steaks and...

這次用餐經驗很令人失望,有踩到雷的感覺,果然對台灣的餐廳還是不該抱有期待,用餐過程服務員沒主動遞上紙巾,上牛排也沒主動提供大蒜,這些還不打緊,重點的牛排肉質差才讓人受不了,號稱牛排教父竟然會端出這種牛排給客人,雖然我點的是最便宜的肋眼菲力,但好歹也是DC出品,肉卻老到難咬,中間還有一條又粗又大的筋,而號稱美國頂級的肉卻一點美國牛的肉香都沒有,跟之前買團購吃的牛仔部落的火烤牛排差不多,真的是讓人無言,一餐一千多的餐端出這種肉不覺得可恥嗎,當時服務員對其他用完牛排的客人都會問今天吃完覺得怎麼樣,大概是看到我邊吃邊嘆氣所以不敢問我,要是鄧有揆來問我,我還真想拿筷子挾住他的嘴反問他：這種肉能吃嗎？

Tasting menu wasn’t too special. the set was overpriced for what was offered. Fermented items were over powering. Main course , though cooked well in the usual D&C fashion, wasn’t seasoned properly .

Desserts were a let down as well. The chocolate candy and pine apple cake were worse than convenient store bought desserts.

Overall a let down and portions were too small even for people with small appetite

Service is alright but expected within this price range. Nothing exceptional .

I say just go to dennys steak house and avoid this residence until they figure out...
