The waiter should at least let customers know about the time limit. Especially when it‘s different for weekdays and weekends.
I came during the weekend with the idea that there‘s no time limit. When I came in, no one served me cup of water and I had to ask for the menu.
I ordered $550 worth of food and hot tea. Even before the two hour limit is up, I was already informed that someone else had booked the seat and I need to leave as soon as the time is up.

But don’t come here for the food. The Swedish fish soup (瑞典魚湯)that I ordered contained, hands-down, the blandest broth I have ever tasted. It actually tasted like a bowl of lukewarm water with a few tablespoons of tomato juice thrown in. The vegetables and fish were similarly flavorless, and only with Tabasco and salt was I able to make the whole mess vaguely palatable. 實在太沒味道了

The oatmeal cookies were too small ( 3 for 50 but each was much smaller than my palm). Milk tea was nice. However the WiFi wasn’t working even they had three of them, I told the waitress and she restarted again, but still.... So I used my own 4G to finish my work.
