Everything ordered is super good: “warm salad” is actually grilled veggies. Every item in the salad is perfectly grilled, juicy. They are neither undercooked nor over-cooked. (I personally can’t stand undercooked grilled veggies, if you know what I mean). The taste of “Shepherd pie” with Red sauce is awesome! The filling is just regular shepherd pie with the sauce of spaghetti meatballs. I don’t know why it can taste so good. In addition, gnocchi is good, not as chewy as I expected but alright good. The chef expressed in her own word, the freedom to create her food. It's not fusion, it's not purely Western food. She creates such beautiful food. Amazingly well prepared. One dish at a time. It's a blend of French, US, Eastern Europe, Australia, I don't how to describe it. Her food is outstanding. Especially her treatment of various meat. The chef was really creative. She used top ingredients and exotic spices. The food was impeccable. I had vegetarian special dishes. Words fail to describe how delicious they were.
