Greedy Bistronomy Cafe — Restaurant in Da'an District

Our party of 4 ordered over 10 dishes so suffice it to say, we had a good sampling of the food here. The food wasn't impressive whatsoever. I can honestly say that the best dish were the truffle garlic fries. The meatballs were hard as rocks. They had a pasta dish that was a weird culture mish mash of Italian, Korean and Japanese; incorporating penne, tteobokki, kimchi, karaage chicken, nori and cheese. The scallops were cold (read on).

Ordered a few beers, couple of cocktails and a milkshake. Standard quality. Nothing to write home about.

Service was pretty bad. The A/C was turned on high (it is winter and this was during the evening) and blowing directly at our table. We politely asked the server to turn it down and they flat out refused. The food we ordered was brought out too quickly and essentially all at once which meant several dishes got cold by the time we ate them. We were lucky to have an empty table beside us because our dishes came out too quickly and we ran out of space.

Vibe was strange. It's a cozy place but the 2 TV's playing an early 90's Hong Kong Stephen Chow movie on a Friday evening seemed...

Do recommend their mix corail drinks, their drink are really innovated and interesting names, as for service is very good, their serveur always keep on eyes on customers. The reason why I gave them 3 stars is that, me and my friends we ordered appetizer, then drinks, and several dishes, but their kitchen gave us the main dishes first, then later drinks come along, their dishes are not cheap, is just too fast their main dishes came to our table was like 15 minutes, me and my friends still basent start chatting and we already have main dishes in front of us. Do recollent for going their for drinks, but if your picky like me for how the restaurant should bring their dishes in orderly then, this restaurant are...

Good variety of cocktails served by friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you love posting stuff to Instagram, you'll love their drinks presentation. We got the tomahawk pork chops and truffle risotto. Pleasantly surprised the risotto had actual truffle flakes in it (exactly 2). Pork chops could be seasoned better, a bit bland for my palette. But portions are generous. Ambience wise, ring lights above the bar counter are wayyyy too bright and clash with the more dimmed romantic feel...
