A well-done Japanese-style hot pot spot with some standout flavors.

The seasonal rice soup base was amazing — rich, comforting, and definitely the highlight of the meal. Overall, the quality was great and the 10% service charge felt totally reasonable.

That said, I wish there had been more variety in the meat options. Right now it’s limited to wagyu, premium wagyu, and Iberico pork. Including some local beef options might help balance things out and offer more flavor profiles.

Still, for a higher-end hot pot experience, this place offers great value and is worth trying, especially if you’re into more refined broths and...

Terrible services, overpriced food. When we asked for help, the waitress impatiently barked “怎麼了”. She is lucky that I didn’t bark back with “幹，老子的烏龍麵20分鐘都沒來了”。then these bozos proceeded to suggest that we skip the noodle as they were getting ready to close down the shop.

To be fair though, this is no reflection of the other branch in Xinyi, which was superb...
