Had high hopes for this place and was really excited to come here. Unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. It was far below the level of what you’d expect at a place this expensive. When somewhere is this expensive, you’d expect large portions or excellent food. We had neither. Two starters and two mains cost us $4,600!! Based on the quality, taste, and portion sizes I wouldn’t pay more than $2,000. We ordered two starters, the beef tar tar was watery and poor presentation quite sloppy and rushed. Maybe they are understaffed? We also got the burrata salad which was also not anything to write home about. It was good, but again not worth it for the price. For the mains, I got the clams and spaghetti, a very simple but delicious dish. They somehow managed to make it taste bad. My first thought was wow Creative Pasta makes better clams and spaghetti than this, which is quite embarrassing considering how expensive it was. The pasta seemed to be slightly overcooked and sitting in a puddle of liquid (no clue what the liquid was). My partner got the risotto with “pork ribs”. Presentation was decent and the only dish with a fairly large portion size. The risotto itself was not bad but not great either. But the pork was cured so it was super salty. We could barely finish all the pork because of how salty it was. And we are people who love salty food and rarely if ever think something is too salty. Would have been nice if we had a warning that the pork was cured. Giving two stars because the service was good, otherwise would have had 1 star. Overall, would not recommend...

The food is okay, but the wait was horrible. Waited 40 for one dish, unbelievable.

Okay, I guess I should be more specific. I posted the review on the exact date, in fact the exact moment I counted my dish at the 40 minute mark.

To begin, I ordered a burrata salad for appetizer and expectedly it came right after I ordered it. I suppose it shouldn't be a surprise that a cold dish comes up right after the order.

For another appetizer, I ordered a grilled octopus, which was not on the menu but on the black board (I suppose I should call it green if you really want exact detail to prove I was there). God knows I waited however long. I asked your staff, he told me the kitchen forgot our dish while I suffered hungerness and watching other tables getting their food served.

Third dish, the lamb chop, this is where things got real for me, I cannot believe I waited 40 minutes for this dish. Don't get me wrong, the food is okay, but the wait was unbelievable and all you and your staff were saying "oh sorry we were busy".

In order to avoid further waits, I asked your staff to serve tiramisu while we were still half way through the lamb chop. Guess what? another 10-minute wait.

Not forget to mention, the restaurant was full with 1 big table with 12 people party and another table with 6 people party. There was a family with kids at the entrance facing the balcony and the rest are all 2 people tables.

I paid nearly $4,000 for the food and this kind of service. I hope I am very clear on the details and provided enough evidence...

“This dessert was incredibly creative! A baked chocolate ravioli with the sweet aroma of strawberries and just the right hint of vanilla lingering after each bite. Perfectly sweet without being overwhelming—huge thanks to Brian for the treat and to the chef for the thoughtful creation. Such a delightful Friday night! ❤️”

What an amazing dinner we had for Lunar New Year’s Eve. I must say, it was an exceptional experience! I thought it will be as usually excellent but it exceeded our expectations. Brian and Chris ( the Boss) were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable meal. Sorry that we missed Katia, an always very enthusiastic host. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. I was particularly impressed by Fish Stew, which was a true culinary masterpiece. I wholeheartedly recommend La Piola to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience!

隱藏菜單的前菜與主菜龍蝦都非常棒。

Katie,

Ciao!!’ It’s lovely to see you again. The food was fabulous, especially lobster with special sauce and bruschetta. It’s not easy to find an authentic Italian dishes. Brian is very helpful and did a great job. You are always very welcoming and passionate. We love going there. Hope to...

The atmosphere and service here was really good, especially the food! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The chef all original from Italy that’s why the food in here taste really authentic. I ordered 4 dish and all beyond my expectation. The beef carpaccio was bomb, the best carpaccio i ever taste. The vongole also really good, the clams taste super fresh and there is a lot of clams inside! Super worth it compare to the price they charge. The seafood pasta was originally for risotto, but i request to change the risotto into spaghetti and it taste really well together! The last one is the lamb, the food that i really want to try the most! It was beyond delicious! Was the best lamb i’ve ever tried. Last but not least, the service here was also really good, they refill our water on time, change our plate and cutlery after we eat. If you really looking for an authentic Italian restaurant you need to come here and try it!
