Louisa Coffee — Restaurant in Da'an District

I asked for sugarless rooiboos tea and asked the staff to take out the ice for me. They said they were able to accomodate. However, when my buzzer buzzed and I went to get my drink, I noticed the noticeable sound of ice cubes and the taste was so sweet bc of the syrup! When I asked the staff they said the syrup is sweet and the their 無冰 will always have ice (so they even listen to themselves???). The atmosphere of this Louisa is also so bad. I recently visited this cafe and, unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired; the tables and floors were not well-maintained, which detracted from the experience. Additionally, the furnishings seemed outdated and in desperate need of renewal. A fresh coat of paint and some new furniture could really breathe life into this place. Super convenient location. Liked how many seats there are. However, the staffs were so busy with their orders, they are really short with the customers. I ordered a lime rooibos tea. I saw them adding a sweetened lime jam in there after I paid. I asked them about it and told them I didn’t want anything sweetened.
