滿滿台味 = 我愛的味道 🙆🏻‍♀️ 滷味可以說是我最愛的台灣小吃之一，最讚的是吃滷味非常客製化，要吃多少菜/肉/澱粉，都是自己控制～

加上最近天氣濕冷... 非常適合來碗又麻又辣的鴨血豆腐。沒想到這家滷味攤竟然可以一次滿足我對麻辣鴨血以及滷味的渴望。

雖然我只是半個台灣人，不過越台的口味我越愛。看到大腸頭，腿庫肉，鴨血... 馬上失控爆點。

滷滷味的滷汁採用天然辛香料，不加味精。 麻辣鴨血夠麻辣，卻不死鹹。 大腸和腿庫都屬於肥肥的肉，而我就是肥肉控😅 (反正又不是每天吃...) 滷味攤能夠用 $30 吃到水蓮真是划算到不行。

看起來像是路邊攤的滷滷味其實在後面有超舒適的內用環境，而且內用可以享用老闆的隱藏版香料 (孜然粉，檸檬花椒，法式香料粉，羅勒粉)。

“Lu Wei” is a famous Taiwanese street food— variety of ingredients braised in a soy based broth with loads of herbs and spices. The result? Extremely flavorful dishes.

Lu Wei is probably one of my favorite street foods due to the flexible portion sizes: you always get to create your own plate, and get to customize the proportion of meat/ veggies/ starch to your liking.

Luluway surprised me in various ways: Although it’s technically a “food stand”, they have a very comfortable dining area at the back! Although it’s a “lu wei” restaurant, they also sell spicy duck blood tofu, as well as pork hock! Both are my favorite foods. The quality of their ingredients exceeds my expectation, it’s uncommon to see the “water lotus” vegetable at the cheap price of NT$30!

They’re availble on Ubereats, but I’d recommend dining in as you get to add some of the chef’s special spices on your dish (cumin / lemon peppercorn / French spices / basil powder)!

The portion sizes are quite big and you get a variety of ingredients in each order. But - if you are not Taiwanese - and you’re hoping for 麻辣燙 or malatang that tastes more authentic, this is not it. There’s no vinegar - it’s not spicy enough, and there is just so. much. msg. Nothing wrong with msg! Just that there’s so much of it that it’ll coat the inside of your mouth uncomfortably.

The staff is friendly and accommodating and the interior is comfortable. The food is not worth...

輕輕一夾🥢 哇～好ㄉㄨㄞ～好軟嫩啊～～～ 入口時⋯ 肥肉在口中化開時， 滿滿的膠質也黏在嘴唇上， 真的是好綿～好黏啊😍

瘦肉的部分， 吃的到一絲一絲的纖維感， 卻不會覺得乾柴與卡牙～

搭配著微辣爽脆的手作泡菜， 不只可以解膩，也非常有風味～ 有種在吃「韓式豬腳」、「韓式菜包肉」的feel😍

靈魂醬汁的甘甜與鹹香， 滲透到每樣食材， 真的是好入味，好～好～吃～啊！！ 非常推薦大家一定要點這碗啊👍
