MOS BURGER Jinshan Shop — Restaurant in Da'an District

Very slow service. 4 ladies running around like headless chickens at front counter. No one taking orders causing a line, some people left due to long wait time. 1 lady standing in front of an automatic coffee machine - the ones where you press 1 button and the coffee comes out. Isn't time better served by taking orders instead of pressing the button and waiting for a drink to come out? 2 ladies bagging up orders - incorrectly. 1 more lady running back and forth messing up already bagged up orders, putting wrong things in, taking things out. This MOS outlet needs to pick up its game with better staff training. Obviously management have no idea what they are doing....

Mos Burger is my favorite fast food restaurant and, in my opinion, has the best meals.

But something just happened right before my eyes as I am waiting for my food that I have to report about.

A customer brought his food back to the counter telling them it was not what he ordered. Apparently, the food was meant for someone else and was served by mistake. Instead of discarding the food, they simply sent the food to the intended customer.

This is a no-no! Since you never know if the first customer has touched the food. The restaurant should have discarded the food and made a new one.

Staff training needs...

The restaurant is very busy. It is better to spare a bit more time to get your order. There is only one cashier, and the staff has to prepare for drinks at the same time.
