海鮮粥湯底長時熬煮，混合米粒澱粉，微稠口感中有食材原味的乳白甜香，米粒的口感是台灣傳統海鮮粥口感，不同台菜地瓜稀飯，米粒飽滿湯汁口感保留原形，由湯底海陸鮮薑絲帶出的元氣，留下清爽的後味，很好吃。可以依照喜好調整配料與調味，例如魚皮白胡椒油蔥。 豬肉的品質很好，各式豬肉料理，炸肉控肉絞肉，都吃的到新鮮的口感與清甜後味，台灣豬的好味道。

人家明明是海鮮粥 我硬要來點蝦仁飯 看很多人寫的很厲害 就跟風來吃了🤣

🔸胭脂蝦仁飯 💰80元 蝦加量 💰140元 說實在的..送上來我有傻眼 很~小一碗😱 大概是家裡用的小碗 蝦子數過一碗12隻 另一碗13隻 一個蝦仁約5元硬幣大小 漲價的無敵誇張啊!!!🥲

原本蝦仁飯60元 我想點來拍對比 後來才發現低消100…只好都點加量了 看過別人拍的一般量約6隻蝦子左右 等於加量+60元 多6隻蝦子…😱

胭脂蝦吃起來口感粉粉的蠻特別 飯本身是有調味過的很好吃 但...真的太少太少了阿 這一碗的價格我真的不行耶..😅 難道是我吃米不知米價嗎🤔 聽說這間紅燒肉很好吃 但我沒點!
