The main reason that we went to try Oregano was because we wanted to try their lasagne. I had read a review that often it sells out during lunch and so we went as soon as they opened for lunch. When we went to order, they informed us that they were out of lasagne (sold out the previous day and didn't have time to make another batch). They said to try the Pappardelle alla Bollognese which I did. The other two in our group ordered the Conchiglie with Lemon and Chicken. Both dishes were very tasty. One odd thing is that we ordered the additional deal to get a drink, roll and soup. We ordered Orange Juice and the Oregano Special (Orange Milk). I tasted their lasagna, chilli chicken pasta and a risotto and they were really good. I was left wondering what they added to make the dish taste so unique and stand out from other Italian restaurants. Read moreThis place is a hidden gem!!! The risotto with chicken, pickled egg yolks, and cream paste is one of the best risotto we’ve ever had. There are different layers of the flavors. It’s umami, sweet, and green union on top was smart to balance them out. The runny egg yolks were perfectly cooked too. The linguine with mushrooms and salmon was perfectly seasoned.
