Q sweet — boutique desserts — Restaurant in Da'an District

I was very impressed by this little chocolatier in the heart of Da’an district in Taipei, which was started by Queenie, a local Taiwanese. Her chocolates are of exquisite quality, and she incorporates seasonal fruits and spices from Taiwan, which offers a distinctive touch to her products. In addition, she won the world championship of the International Chocolate Awards for past three consecutive years, and was the most awarded Asian chocolatier from 2022-2023.

My favorite items are the pâtes de fruits with flavours of local seasonal fruits, dried mangle slices dipped in white chocolate, and two of the refined white chocolate bars, one embedded with Sichuan peppercorn, another with dried strawberry, raspberry and pistachio. I would give 0 star if possible. Please AVOID this store at all cause. I was being interviewed in the shop like a suspect!!!

The staff serving me was the lady featured on the shop poster. She keep on boasting about her awards (3-4 times while in the shop) and asked how i knew about her place. Told her I am a chocolate lover and followed the awards every year and she began interviewing me like a suspect.

Extremely disappointing attitude and service. I did purchase a bar and asked her which cacao origin she used in the chocolate bar, she replied its trade secret, refusing to share anything about her products.
