I heard from the staff that this is the original "鼎王." The service isn't as over the top as 鼎王; no bowing, not as formal. But the staff is still very helpful and friendly, which makes for a more natural atmosphere. The menu isn't extensive, but I think that speaks more to the quality of the food itself. The staffs "forced" us to choose their "signature" food which are the most expensive food at the menu. We refused to choose the "signature". The staff just ignored our order and asked us to wait. The second staff "recommended" the "signature" food to us again. We rejected. And the staff ignored our original order again and asked the third staff to follow up. The worst experience....
