茶山小_TEASSENTIAL（和平總店） — Restaurant in Da'an District

The tea is ok, the rest is not. The first time I arrive the shop is open but the boss is nowhere to be seen, even after waiting for 5 minutes. I go back later and the seating area is full of trash. I order a drink and the boss suggests the sugar and ice level which is what I wanted anyway so I say yes. I didn't know he was adding honey and charging extra for it, very dishonest, he simply said little sugar, little ice, no mention of adding honey.

Looking at other reviews it seems he doesn't take criticism well so don't expect this to change anytime soon. Plenty of better tea shops nearby, go to...

The tea is so good. You can tell that the owner is passionate about Tea. But i was not satisfied with the service today tho. I was waiting in line and there were two middle aged couples in the store who were chatting with the owner. I was waiting there, the owner just chatted and made the sample to those two ignoring me. I know he is a good person but please prioritize other customers needs not show too much favouritism to other customers. But definitely come back and hope for better service. Thanks , i...

The tea is fine. However, some selling method made me feel uncomfortable. Below picture is the menu on your table. I looked at it thoroughly and did not see that I have to add $10 to change sugar to honey after you suggested me, saying it's healthier....

(Updated)I know 10 NTD is not a lot. The problem is that I searched on your menu and you didn’t have the information on your menu on the table, and you didn’t remind your customers. A reminder doesn’t waste...
