每道都精彩，沒有濫竽充數的菜色， 我忘了菜名…… 雞湯-鮮甜，雞肉還能鮮嫩不柴，厲害厲害…… 木耳，大多涼拌，不然就是增加口感的配角， 這，炒麻辣的木耳，夠味…… 流沙茭白筍-很容易明白，就是埔里茭白筍炒鹹蛋黃，特別的是它的口感，炒上桌仍保有茭白筍本身的甜及口感，跟熱炒店完全不能相提並論…… 蛤蜊牛肉-很奇特的搭配組合，裡面似乎還有很像娃娃菜的白菜，牛肉滑嫩，已經脫殼的蛤蜊的鮮甜真的是畫龍點睛，完全不突兀，值得一嘗…… 酥炸軟殼蟹-保有螃蟹的鮮甜，沒有油耗味，中規中矩，好吃…… 生魚片-鮭魚肚，不用多介紹，只能說，目前吃過最好吃…… 之前吃過，圓雪魚，醃製吉(更是一絕，絕非想像蜜餞的口感，不過似乎不是一定有，要問一下)
