I never thought matcha desserts could be this disappointing. The matcha mille crepe cake tastes like paper layered with matcha-flavored cream—absolutely terrible. I regretted buying it with every bite. The matcha soup with white mochi was slightly better; the mochi itself was quite nice, but it couldn’t save the overall experience.

Before ordering, I asked what the special soft serve flavor was for the day. The cashier told me what it was, but since I wasn’t familiar with the flavor, I asked what that flavor was and she gave me a look without answering my question (I felt that it was really rude).

Entered the shop around 8:30pm and were served by a female staff (with light hair color). we first studied the counter menu then the staff insisted us on checking their book menu, sensing a little attitude from her. As we look through their book menu, the staff asked with sarcastic tone “r u guys ordering or not?” ☹️☹️☹️(woah! excuse me??)

We ordered matcha latte with tofu. was subpar. 🫤
