今天5/18心靈環保日在巨城活動現場學習：纏繞畫、八動的兩動腰及左右申展、種子心靈吊飾、申縮彈性髮圈、九宮圖、端碗水繞一大圓圈猜拳舉碗到頭頂單腳跳三下⋯回原點⋯都是很棒的活動（巧思）⋯可惜因有事沒完全體驗到，還有點⋯期待下次有機會ㄧ定要去，還想帶孫子女⋯...
