滝禾製麵所-新竹新莊店 — Restaurant in Hsinchu

craving ramen from 滝禾 as i write this review ‼️ it is pretty different from traditional ramen but it won’t disappoint 😌 highly recommend getting the cold pomelo ramen if you want something refreshing in the summer! ☀️🍜 my friends also love the fried chicken here

p.s. there are only a few seats, so if you want to dine in, i’d suggest coming earlier (around 5:30) to avoid...

The soup was not what I had expected, for it tasted so….sweet? I guess? Couldn’t describe the taste any better because it was just so weird. The noodle itself wasn’t good either. I would say the soup is the worst and I wonder why there is always a long queue of people waiting for the reservation. I could easily name at least 3 better ramen...

Went to this place quite some times back. We were on our way to another place and just popped in for lunch. Place is small and clean. Noodles was good👍. Soup base was good too. We were early and just when we are about to finish our lunch, the crowd came in and there was a queue. So glad we popped in...
