飛翔的魚flyingfish_brunch — Restaurant in Hsinchu

This Restauant has been around for years and I’m glad to say that the food remains excellent. Ordered the smoked salmon egg Benedict and a tiramisu iced tea. There was a generous portion of smoked salmon, plenty of very fresh salad, and a vinaigrette served in a little jug. The only thing to note is that they put Dijon mustard under the salmon (I wasn’t expecting that or I would have asked for one without). The iced teas was nice and creamy, although a bit less coco powder would have made it less messy to drink. The total came to 320 for both items which seems good value considering the quality. You do have to get your own cutlery and napkin from the desk by the door. I’m not sure why this has been introduced as silverware was on the tables before. （不推，看看其他一星評價吧） 第一次去消費，假日外帶單點漢堡， 週六下午一點左右，店內幾乎滿座。 結帳後，留電話說漢堡好了會電話通知。 等了超出一般人等餐時間，等了30分鐘後，進店詢問才告知通常在前面單較多的狀況下，通常都需等待40分鐘。最後拿到餐點，真的差不多40分鐘。

通常餐廳會先告知需等候時間，但店員的態度讓我不認同，沒臉部表情的店員，反而給人「餐多就是要等啊，你再等個幾分鐘會怎樣嗎？」的無所謂態度，比較資深大姐也是。

漢堡口味一般般，套句新竹人說的CP值不高，沒有佐醬也沒有肉香。算是不值得等候也跟價格不搭的漢堡。 薯條現炸算好吃。

當然，那裡不是麥當勞，但一般店家單多要等都會先告知。 出菜要等很久，如果肚子餓就不建議啦，如果點漢堡可能會更生氣。 浪費我時間等到失望的漢堡，令人生氣。 看了這家店一顆星的評價內容和店家的回覆內容，大家跟我的感受都是相似的，店員老闆都沒無意檢討，只會用「虛心接受」類似的用詞回覆，但從幾年前到上禮拜，根本就差不多。

結論就是花錢受氣，又吃了不開心的食物，不值得你花錢花時間來，超不推薦👎🏻
