看過全部的評論才留，大家的幾乎都很中肯就不在贅述。 評論原因:上星期至店內外帶一杯大熱奶和炒麵，到公司後奶茶因為封膜沒封好，店員又直接倒放，奶茶全部漏在麵裡。致電給小姐，他們致歉後請我再去一趟跟他們說就好。 過了一星期才去光顧，雖然都是不同人，但只聽完我簡述就馬上補一份餐點給我。 鼓勵的點不是因為補餐點，是因為奶茶今天拿到後發現改變了做法。 上面貼了2張膠帶，站立擺放，分開擺放。 改善方法好不好是一回事。 但同為服務業，很清楚直接補一份了事，跟改善一件事，都是可以處理，可能客人感受一樣。但有聽進去跟沒聽進去就是差異。 其他客人評論的地方就只能給予加油。 至少單就此事改...

店內許多1人座在4人位上，空著2人位，不過這樣店內工作人員都可以輕鬆一些，是一件好事，反正想拼翻桌率的應該只會有老闆。

帶著2位孩子站在門口等了幾分鐘，加上很窄的門口正在搬貨真的沒辦法多等，一家四口實在擠不了雙人對坐的位置，再喜歡也無法好好的用餐，祝福貴店20幾個座位永遠都是只有4、5位貴賓用餐。

已上餐的顧客不調整位置是完全合理的，不過用餐完畢滑手機的2位客人捨不得店內愜意的氣氛，尚未到餐的阿姨舒適的享受剛剛好的4人寬敞空間，忙碌的週末用餐人潮之中可以有如此富餘的空間...
