Louisa coffee — Restaurant in Hsinchu

very spacious and well-lit for working/chatting without disturbance. There are three floors and ample seats to choose from, but seats with outlets available are limited. Very thoughtful to have washrooms on every floor, only problem was that the washroom on the second floor is restricted for women (there's a sign on the door), but many guys went in to use it anyway!?

Edited this review because i just experienced an unpleasant service. According to their shop hours, the cafe does not close until 7pm. I went to order a jalapeño beef burger at 5:54pm, and the short-hair, middle aged women seemed unwilling to make it. I was perplexed because I was not trying to give anyone a hard time at work. She gave me a long “uh....” as a response to my order, so I react with a questioning face. she then answered: “alright, I’ll make it for you....’cos usually we stop taking food orders an hour before closing.”

I felt falsely accused because I was not trying to give her more trouble on cleaning (there were no signs letting me know that this was the case) in addition, I could cancel my order, I was not forceful at all (AND it’s not even 6), but her reaction seem somewhat inappropriate for customer service. I was gonna give them a 5/5 because the place is absolutely gorgeous, the food was great and he music is very suitable.

Until I went to their bathroom... the toilet was so filthy and full of scum. They hadn’t washed since who knows when.. so embarrassing to post this but I had to wash the toilet with a brush and everything before using it. So embarrassing.

I’m usually very permissible about these things, but not to a point I can’t even use a toilet....

My favorite hideout / coffee shop by far. The store is relatively larger than any other Louisa branched stores and the seats are nice with full sunlight projecting from the outside when it's good weather. Approximate stay time is 3-4 hrs. Great place to get your brain fed with...
