8/16晚上8點左右的店員非常親切，原本想買招牌的海鹽奶油捲，但太晚到已經賣完了，因此最後買了一個招牌（卡士達）泡芙，兩位店員另外招待了我一個可可泡芙。 可可泡芙的內餡味道豐富，有可可醬與奶油，外皮有榛果，味道上很有層次。可惜內餡奶油感太重，個人不喜歡太膩的口感。 招牌泡芙的內餡算是不錯的味道與口感，沒有像可可口味的那麼油膩，外皮也有蠻用心的榛果與可可脆片的搭配，吃起來味道蠻有層次的。 整體來說 可可泡芙：3顆⭐ 卡士達泡芙：4顆⭐ 店員服務態度：5顆⭐ 店員因為給人的感覺非常親切，而且快下班的時間還是面帶笑容，所以有5顆星。 整體平均4顆星，下次會想再去嘗試看看招牌的海鹽奶油捲。

去過竹北店跟新竹店（也就這間） 你們的蛋塔真的很好吃！但不知道貴公司的蛋塔出爐時間有沒有SOP？ 兩間店的出爐速度差距很大，竹北店約定出爐時間一次就是一大盤，新竹店一次出爐卻只有6顆、12顆？因為每人一次限購6顆，所以顧客大部分一次都是拿6顆，被拿完就要再等5-10分鐘，然後也是出來6顆12顆，不知道貴店是否在刻意製造排隊現象？ 看了許多評論你們的回覆都是為了想給顧客最新鮮最脆的狀態沒錯，但是在這大熱天的外面排一堆人，店家內部不可能不知道吧？也不可能不會計算烘烤數量，就算一次出爐一大盤也是可以馬上被消化，希望店家能有效改善蛋塔的出餐方式，看到這邊有想要在新竹店買蛋塔的人需...
